Questions: Would it be worth it to resubmit to PSA and request no qualifiers-hoping to NOT get a grade hit? Or would it be a waste of time and money? How much do you think the (OC) lowers the price from a 9 with no qualifiers? Any help/opinions greatly appreciated! posted on grading forum but got no takers/posters
