I'm a Luka collector and his Optic Holo is my favorite card. So I've decided to try to put the Rated Rookie set together. It's going to be difficult as some of these cards are extremely low-pop and a few even are POP 0. I'll update this page as I go. In the mean time, if anyone is selling some that I am missing, and want to sell, send me a PM. Interesting Note: I noticed that PSA has some errors in the pop report. They list Svi as a POP 0. I entered my certificate number in and found out they list it under football cards. I wonder how often stuff like this happens?
