Beckett messed up on my surface items - smh

Hello all,

I finally got my items back from Beckett, some where 9's but the two main items I sent to them in a penny sleeve and card saver - somehow came back with subpar surface rating and I'm pissed. I have the cards since 1997 and in a cool climate area of my home, encapsulation for the past years and I get this back, these were my treasure.

What can be done? I emailed the Rep that helped get my items graded faster since they did away with standard and etc. & only were doing Premium.
I'm at lost because someone mishandled these items
