Anyone familiar with 1999-2000 UD Game Patches?? - SHAQ

Good evening y’all,

Thought i would make a post here because you all seem to amaze me at your expertise time and time again.

So here’s the card in question...



My question is.... does anyone know anything about this set? I’ve seen ones of Shaq go from 600 all the way to $3500 but i know faking patches and what not is a common thing for this era of cards. Any help would be greatly appreciated in help with value!
