Wrote about my Express order stuck in QA2 since April 2, making sure it wasn't a credit card issue, and got this response within a few hours:
The QA 2 step has been delayed but rest assured we will ship it out as soon as possible. No issues on the order right now, just taking a while. Please let us know if you have further questions. |
