Just have to be very vigilant. I'm using cyberghost and have no issues. Then again, I use a dedicated laptop solely for trading so I don't get mixed up.
Even if you do slip up, they usually issue a notice of account termination and give you a headsup to get your coins transferred out before closing.
Then just create a new email.

You should be able to download the appropriate coin wallet to your local machine and withdraw, no? A bit more time intensive, but may be your only option. Else, I have no clue.
