I realize folks like to hammer OP's of stuff like this...but I feel like an indent of that magnitude at least deserves a picture or mention.
If I were the seller and I messed up that bad on a card I advertised as pack fresh and didn't know it was there, I'd refund you and tell you to keep it. Examples (not all inclusive) of defects I feel fairly fall under "pack fresh" with no mention: 1. Foreign material in a chrome card surface. Bane of your existence fishing for raw, gradable chrome cards, but a fact of manufacture. 2. Slight wear to corners or borders on paper cards to put it into a gradable 8 range 3. Small breaks in gloss of cards as they came from the factory-panini is good about this one in their cheap paper cards. 4. Some edge chipping on the back of paper stock cards 5. A slightly bad back corner on a chrome card. 6. Surface dimples on chrome cards-try to picture them, but pointing out every one is excessive. 7. Centering...take good pics, but it is what it is |
