1989 Bowman Tiffany Griffey Most Overlooked / Undervalued Card ?

I see the 1989 Upper Deck PSA 10 Griffey's going for about $5,000.
That is a level I never thought I would see.

With that cards population about to push over 4,000 and the Griffey Bowman Tiffany PSA 10 sitting at a population of only 156, how is that not at least a $30,000 - $40,000 card?

I see this card as by far his best and most rare rookie with only 6,000 tiffany sets made. Surprised the market has not caught onto this one as much?
