When a card was added to COMC can be roughly figured out by Sales History/Sales by Batch. Here are ones I am aware of:
Nov 2014: 16 Million
Jan 2015: 17 M
Jan 2016: 22 M (+5 M in one year)
Jan 2017: 33 M (+11 M)
Mar 2018: 49 M (+16 M)
Mar 2019: 65 M (+16 M)
Jan 2020: 76 M (+11 M)
Oct 2020: 84 M (+8 M in 9 months)

This kind of underscores the rapid growth of the card market in the last 5 years, and the additional resources needed to cover Upper Deck ePack fulfilment.

They made it a big deal when they hit 5 million cards. If I remember right they even had some give a ways.

And we still can see some cards with IDs in the 3 million or lower range.
