Default Need Help - eBay Return - Not good

Hi All,

I sold two sealed cases of Panini product to a buyer on eBay. They opened a return case on both of them claiming the cases were not sealed and were missing the majority of the boxes.

Obviously, I know this not to be true.

What are my best options for proceeding from here? Contact the buyer directly? Call eBay? What kind of proof can I give them? I have receipts for the cases and I have the Fedex receipt that shows the weight of the package.

I did insure it so is this an insurance situation or a fight it through eBay situation or both?

I am willing to out the member eventually so others don't get scammed like me, but first I want to see what I can do about not getting screwed.
