Who has shipped with Priority Mail "certified" recently?

Ok...very curious has anyone had anything come recently by "certified" mail with tracking? Shouldnt this get updates like everything else? I will say the other three packages that were shipped along with this one are showing the same thing (or lack there of showing

To be honest I've got red flags all over it as it should have an assortment of tracking scans (and honestly be delivered given it was Priority and shipped on the 15th of July).

I'll give the USPS its delays on stuff but Priority typically hasnt been delayed just first class, but it should of moved at least on the 16, 17 18, 20, and now 21 with no updates (package itself is only going from St. Louis to Michigan) so a 7 hour trip.

I've already gotten first class mail shipped before this thats arrived and was farther away!
