ngs428 Member Join Date: Nov 2016 Posts: 629	Topps Tiffany PSA 9 vs Base PSA 10 Looking at some late 1980’s rookies (1987 Topps Bo Jackson, 1989 TT Deion Sanders, etc.) Tiffany PSA 9 sells for a similar amount vs the Base PSA 10. This brought me to question future projection on each, which is a better buy? I know this may vary card by card.
