Bulk February 2020 PSA Submission - 20 days, DV<$199, Weekly Submissions

If this is your first time submitting or you are submitting multiple levels, please watch this short video.

1. No cap. No max/min per person.
2. Multiple people CAN send the same card.
3. You pay when I get the cards back from PSA so it's one simple payment.
4. You put a declared value next to each card. Maximum declared value is $199 per card. If you do not put a declared value I will put it at $1. This means if your nice card gets destroyed by PSA you will receive compensation of $1.
5. You must list your cards in this thread with the amount of insurance you want on the post (makes it easier to track for me). If no insurance is listed then I assume you want $0.00. Insurance must be a multiple of $100. Your insurance to/from may differ from your total declared value.
6. DUE DATE - EVERY FRIDAY . SUBMISSION DATE - Every Monday.
7. Still not there for the cleaning service.
8. Please ship all cards in card savers.
9. All cards must be shipped in card savers. If you ship in something else there WILL be an extra charge of .50 per card. (I am raising this because it is simply a time suck and hurts my fingers a lot)
10. NEW - Please send cards to - Josh Cohen, PSA February Bulk BO, PO Box 62, East Norwich, NY 11732 (Please enclose a note with your BO username in the package)

11 - Please no Pre-1998 Autograph cards. They require a difference service level.
12 - No crossovers. Just straight card grading in this submission
13 - PACKAGING - Please use as little tape as possible and when you need to use tape use blue painters tape. I actually cut my finger with the blade today trying to cut through someones package and I was not pleased. Also, put as many cards into a team bag as possible. One of the big orders individually bagged every card. COME ON. That is a complete waste of time and there is no need for it. Decoys, cardboard, bubble wrap, whatever you use is fine but remember less is more. Please try to pack it the same way you would want to open 30 packages.

14. Please note, I do not confirm when packages are delivered. You send with tracking so you know when they get here. If you are nervous just put signature on it. Ive never had a package marked as delivered to my PO box and not actually be there.

15. YOUR LIST - Please type it up in the following format: year brand card # player name type of card. Note there is no # sign in there. Also, please put your list in the same order of the cards in the package. I assumed this went without saying but it seems to be a problem recently so into the OP it goes.

EG - 2016 Topps 1 Mike Trout
2017 Bowman Chrome JS Jesus Sanchez Autograph
2018 Panini Prizm 66 Jaren Jackson Jr. Silver Prizm $20

Your list should go 1-5 and leave out the # sign.

This will help me out massively when preparing the submission.

PRICING

1. $12 per card
2. $2.80 Per $100 of insurance
3. $7.5 for padded bubble mailer (if you need a medium or large box this price may increase). 36+ cards or a smaller count or thicker cards will get bumped up to a Medium flat rate and then about 110 cards or a smaller amount of thicker will get bumped to large flat rate. I can fit 35 regular cards in a large box and that fits in the padded bubble mailer. Again, if the cards are thicker less fit (I don't have exact figures).
4. $2 submission charge (per order not per card)
5. Add in paypal fees

6. - Upcharges - If you are in bulk and get upcharged to standard it will be a $12 upcharge. If you are in bulk and get upcharged to express it will be a $70 upcharge. If you are in standard and get upcharged to express it will be a $60 upcharge. If you are in express and get upcharged above that it will be a $160 upcharge.
