A few years ago I asked a service rep about pulling and shipping cards. Why it take so long to pull and send one card. 100 card order had the same time frame as a one card order (Per him).
His statement was "They pull multi orders when pulling cards. He could not say any more then that."
Who know he could have lied to me just to get me off the phone.
