Does PSA assigning the cert # and label info on a pending order means its popped?
So as part of a small set of cards I sent in 2 1996 Topps Chrome Derek Jeters. When i last checked about a week ago it had a pop report of 118. Checked on my order and noticed labels were ready to review with cert #s. Well curiosity struck, i pulled the pop.
Pop report now shows 120 with an additional 9 and 10. Curious if the cert # would mean a grades been assigned or not. If so i may have bagged a 96 Chrome Jeter PSA 10
