Default What to do??? EBAY HELP!

Need some advice from the community. I sold a LeBron RC (2003 Fleer E-X) on Ebay 2 days ago. Buyer sent me an offer, and I accepted his offer. Since then he has not paid. Card was "sold" on the 6th at around noon. I sent a friendly/polite payment reminder yesterday around 2pm or so. During this entire time I have had no contact with the buyer. Today is day 3, and I am a little frustrated because I was trying to sell this card quickly and needed the money. This person has had my card and my money tied up for 3 days now. I believe the buyer has no intention of paying at this point, because common-sense says that I should have at least got a little message from him or SOMETHING by now, but no, nothing at all. I have checked his feedback and it seems that he has been on ebay quite awhile, and never has had an issue that I can see, but this is very disrespectful and frustrating.

So, how do I go about handling this situation? Do I cancel and re-list the card? Do I give him more time to respond or pay? Do I "name and shame" him on here so that others can avoid this issue? I have never encountered this situation before, and so hoping someone can help me out.

Thanks in advance everyone!
