I have been buying and selling for nearly 30 years, this guy is a piece of work..

He bought an item, claimed had dimples on back in his freshly opened a case.

1)Never got an email that there was damage
2) Opened a case and within minutes of authorizing a return left a Negative
3) In an email he refused to show damage, wasn't worth it, since I authorized the return...

Just a heads up, might want to add him to your list...
