Hi all,
Being sincere here, I've noticed Jones auto prices have come down quite a bit from week 1 of release. I don't know the numbers for the base autos, I'd assume 100-200, and then there's 65 among the numbered ones and plates just for Rogue One S1. Ridley has signed for 4 sets now (FA S1, FA Chrome, MW2, Tek 2) and has had probably 40-50 or so per release (except high tek 2). Now I get there is the factor that Ridley is the new face of this current trilogy, but that also means she'll be signing more and more. Boyega, while not as big of a fan favorite, dropped fairly fast down to $200 and below range. With Jones, she's in a one and done type standalone movie so it's much more unclear how long she'll continue to sign with Topps, let alone at such a high volume. That uncertainty should have kept her higher I'd have thought. There's also the fact that Jones is a bigger Hollywood name than Ridley, which should have kept her prices steady. So is it just fandom here clinging to Ridley, or will her prices start to decline with Ep 8 around the corner? Was it the mass break at launch of R1 and ripper/flipper people who drove down Jones prices? Thoughts?
