That's not totally accurate.
Quickly skimming through the court documents, it appears the sentencing in that case was originally 88 months, but reduced to 65, for testifying against other defendants. Arrested again, while on probation (similar charges) and sent back to prison.

Unlike the prior thread, blowout seems to be allowing this discussion. Without knowing exactly what got the prior one closed, here's a little more info that might help those interested in doing some research.

You'll need a name (middle name also helps), but there's a long history of issues in just this one Florida county (Volusia County).
