It's funny, thinking about this set... before Topps released the relic above, I was wondering why nobody had ever done guitar string relics? Seems like a cheap/easy relic to both procure and make. The way Topps is doing these looks amazing.

Drum heads and drumsticks would also be cool.

Thanks for sharing! Nice hit on the orange STU PID (I think that's a cool one haha).

Interesting to see you hit 4 numbered cards when it was advertised as 2 per box. I'm curious to know what the actual hit rate (averaged) is for them.

seeing 2 /199s in a box is great news. seeing 3 would be unreal news. the more /199s come out the more drastic the production #s go down.

Ah, I took a little liberty - my do say the same as yours. :-)

Box opening video was great, effectively same format as 40th with 1 green per box, etc. Will be lovely if there are 4 parallels per box!

Not necessarily true. I remember one of my Ohtani 50/50 boxes yielded 4 numbered cards which included 2 gold refractors /50 along with 2 base refractors one of which was HR #50. Suffice to say we went to Sizzlers that night.

the number of boxes that can be produced are directly calculated by the total cards made.

they inserted the crumpled cards too, those have been hot sellers for me on 40th

There are always boxes in every release that produces more hits than advertised. It happens I assure you. You always try to act savvier than you are.

They aren't numbered, but I believe they are limited to only 17 a piece. If that holds true for this release, that would be great, they are hot sellers and don't count towards the 2 guaranteed numbered hits.

I can assure you this had nothing to do with being 'savvy'.

It was a very simple statement with very simple logic.

No where did I imply that boxes can't yield an outlier.

the more /199s come out the more drastic the production #s go down.

Not sure why you had to disagree with something so obvious and basic.
