Inexcusable not to have phone customer support given the size of the company.....

Thank you so much for your patience, and I deeply apologize for the delay as we've been working with eBay to investigate further. Your card was delivered to us on 7/18 and our operations team is investigating further to determine what happened and get your card vaulted as soon as possible.

I'll follow up as soon as I have an update. I've stressed the urgency of this situation, mentioned you have been waiting since July, and that this is not an acceptable situation.

I also apologize that we don't offer phone support at this time. I know that's frustrating and due to the small size of our team and needing to rely on eBay and other teams that require us needing to wait on their response, this is why we don't offer phone support at this time.

I'll follow up with you as soon as I have an update.

Please feel free to email me directly for accountability as well if you have any concerns about me following up redacted@collectors.com.

I'll check in with you tomorrow regardless of having an update as I'm pushing our operations team to get this done as quickly as possible.

Thank you again for your patience throughout this process. I understand how important and valuable this Mickey Mantle card is and look forward to getting this resolved for you.

I can confirm the Mick has now been found and Vaulted with photos. I think the phone call escalation did something. Thanks to everyone here who provided advice.

Yeah, figured this was going to be the result with who frequents this site. Glad it was remedied for you. Now post pictures.

Happy to hear that!

Really awesome of them to put you through 4+ months of agonizing BS due to their own ineptitude...

Noticed last night that some of my PSA Vault listings through their account have Best-offer options.

Searched the web but didn't see any announcement on this. I have not received an offer yet on anything but I'd imagine those are relayed through PSA's web site to your account.

Encouraged to see this but a little fuzzy on how it will all work out. The odd thing is the listings I've had went to a B/O mode automatically. I did not designate that when they were listed or automatically relisted.

I have had cards from eBay that show as delivered on the USPS tracking but it wasn't. Then a few weeks later it randomly shows up. I can only speculate that it was delivered to the wrong address, and the recipient eventually mailed it back out.

Yeah, I think they rolled out the "Best Offers" option without much fanfare. When you go to list your Vaulted slabs, you can choose if you want to receive offers or not, and what min % threshold is for people to put in offers.

I just tested this on one of my listings from my account and initally set a really-low-ball offer knowing I would decline it. It was automatically declined so I did another more-reasonable offer and it came through to their web site almost instantly.

It's weird they are setting the auto-decline option. I'm not sure I have a problem with this but it seems like we should control that not them.

But, I'm happy to see that offers are now a part of the process.

The only problem with the "Best Offer" option is that the seller can only accept or decline. Their is no counteroffer option and no way to communicate with the person that submits the offer. In some ways, I think that may be worse than not having the option as the person making the offer might just give up, when a deal could have been made somewhere in the middle.

Yeah, not having the option of countering or communicating with the potential buyer is not great.
I've reached out to people (both as a buyer and seller) to let them know the reasoning behind my offer, and several times lately I've been able to hash out a deal after going back and forth a little, building a little rapport in the process.

If the cards had been listed with PSA, most likely the sales would not have happened....at least at the same prices I got selling on my own.
