Doesn’t a qb have to start at least 1 game with the team than being a 14ish average game starter in 2 seasons with another program ? OSU never went “no risk it, no biscuit” with Joe.

Did that pic of Joe have him with a tail coming down the back of his uniform. He was dirt for the Buckeye’s. Glad he packed his bag and won!

Yeh, he was a scrub off the bench who didn’t start a single game in 3 seasons with a whopping 39 attempts. At LSU in 2 years he threw 906 passes. The Buckeye alum really believe that Joe was going to be selected for Cincy as the #1 pick because he kept the bench warm at Columbus.

Burrow will be known as the guy OSU wasn’t vested in and left for LSU where he dominated and showed the NFL scouts he was a leader that OSU was scared to take the reigns from 2 other vested QB’s.

Harbaugh would have utilized Burrow in the Pro’s and in College if he knew it would benefit the team winning. OSU didn’t want to make that move and you know that’s a tough pill to swallow, even before Fields arrived!

For my next trick, I'll posit the idea that Justin Fields doesn't qualify as an automatic Ohio State fail QB because of the below picture. Try not to get apoplectic.

I was having a light-hearted and pedantic back and forth until you showed up and got all overly serious. Go enforce unwritten rules somewhere else.

Don’t fall for the truth is what he is saying. If the truth ruffles than so be it. Fields came in ahead of Burrow and come on, no way was he better but OSU had more vested in having Fields in the lineup.

That is what is ignorant. Joe goes to LSU and dominates the Conference to be the First pick but those who are Buckeye’s try to bury the truth.

Hairy gets called out for making a dumb post "Bears fans are salty"

Hairy doesn't like when you say the Lions haven't won the division, or a playoff game, in 30 years "Bears fans are salty"

Hairy forgets Joe Burrow spent 3 years as a QB for Ohio State "Bears fans are salty"

Hairy is so obsessed with the Bears, he spends hours a day in these Bears threads so he can reply "Bears fans are salty" to everyone that disagrees with him.

Hairy right now

OK, I was busy today and didn't get here until now but this has to be one of the greatest tributes I've ever had on this forum! Thank you, Grid, for making my day! I'm still laughing hysterically!

Can we go back to talking about how exciting Justin Fields is as a player and how happy we are that the Bears finally have a legitimate quarterback? Oh and showing off our cards of course!

This comment shows you know nothing about tOSU’s program. They run a certain offense and look for a certain QB to run it. They heavily recruit top talent at QB, many who have no choice but to transfer to get any starting time. They go there to compete for the starting job knowing they might not get it. Period. Burrow didn’t get beat out by scrubs. I’d be willing to bet he learned a lot there as other QB transfers have admitted. Even if you put him in as the starting QB during his time, more than likely he isn’t winning a Championship with the defenses tOSU had at the time.

Burrow transferred after 2017 Fields transferred in before 2019. But yeah Burrow transferred because OSU handed the job to Fields. Tell me you know nothing about OSU without telling me you know nothing about OSU.

Fields is Lamar light. Not a long term NFL caliber QB. Arm isn’t good enough, too dependent on the run, will get injured too often.
