Default Players you WISHED took STEROIDS

I get it - you think the roid users were scummy / dirty players. They cheated and were dirty, rotten scoundrels. BUT ... they sure were fun to watch!

Let's imagine for a moment that being on the juice was legal, and fine. What players do you wish would have taken steroids? What #'s do you think they would have put up?

In recent history, I think Griffey, Thomas and Randy Johnson would have been insane. The one that is really intriguing though, would be a fully juiced career out of Barry Bonds. Might we have seen a 1,000 home run career?

Matt Purke. Maybe his shoulder wouldn't have fallen apart and I wouldn't be left sitting on 100+/- Bowman Chrome autos of various shiny, refractory colors. Luckily I didn't pay much for any of them.

No doubt ... he woulda been a beast. Side note ... I *think* I saw him recently and his veins were POPPING. He looked huge, but maybe I'm thinking of someone else.

^ Thought for sure you'd have said Carlos Tocci. The guy's a telephone pole.

For me, Jose Altuve.

Mattingly. If they could have helped his ailing back and played about six to eight more years and be in the discussion for the HOF.

I would like Joe Mauer to start juicing, I still say his MVP year was aided by steroid treatment for his ailing back that spring. (Even though they weren't anabolic steroids, just anti inflammatory steroids) (BTW, I have no facts, just talking out of my butt) :- )

I always wondered what Ted Kluszewski would have looked and hit like if steriods would have been around when he played?
