I posted the same in another thread but he gave a really cool interview with pitching ninja. Was basically you hear these guys say they would rathe have command over velocity, nope you want the 102 every time

His fastball is so good it runs his pitch count up… Can’t draw any weak contact on it!

Strikeout guys generally throw more pitches, but he was also consistently missing with all 3 pitches tonight.

Strider is very talented. I still think long term that he is likely a backend bullpen arm, but he’s electric.
