I haven't bought a box since last year's score and I don't plan to buy anymore boxes anytime soon. My new thing is to wait for optic/contenders and just buy all the singles that get posted for cheap af.

I have never not received the experiencing high volumes message when trying to buy a new release.

Normally have no luck. Clicked add to cart on my laptop like 5 times to get it in. Just sort of worked once. Didn't do anything special.

Note, I haven't been able to get a single box from Panini in over a year. So this is a total fluke on my end.

Get a bot or get really good at refreshing web pages using a wired connection and fiber internet.

of course my auto was UDFA, some bears RB

was really funny to see Brady still in Pats uniform for a 2021 base card...........nice fn fail PANINI

I love it when someone makes fun of what I (try to) buy...when i go shopping and the guy behind me laughs at my desert choice I humbly turn around and put it back on the shelf and sheepishly walk out of the store with my head hung low.....guess I will do the same here

Why not implement a queue system or something better for these releases?

Sold out in 8 min, even at a high price point for score. Never got past the retry msg for high volume. woooosh, same o same o. Nada

Was able to get a box in my cart but was sold out when I paid. Oh well, saves me 300 bucks.

So this is a great indicator IMO that the hobby is unsustainable. If a trash product like Score sells out in 8 mins... thats gotta be desperation buys of Breakers trying to milk every single opportunity to make a quick buck.

I don't know if Score at $300 directly from Panini and selling out right away is a sign that it is unsustainable but definitely overheated.

If you open a box, you probably have a 5% of getting a return but breakers are probably still making a decent return if people pay $45-60 per pack in a break.

There will come a point where it cools off and only the top end stuff will retain value.

You have 5% chance of getting a return at the original price point of $90 per box. At $300 per box you have 0.01% chance.
