Default Undervalued cards in todays market

OK here is a good thread in todays hyper inflated market of million dollar rookie cards are there any great undervalued cards that for some reason just fly by the radar......I have a few ideas of some that I feel are completely undervalued Such as Kobe Finest Rookie, I mean you can get that for half the price of his Topps Rookie. Grant Hill Finest Rookie Card as well WAY UNdervalued in my opinion. Those are just 2 Iconic cards that are completely almost forgotten in todays market. Anybody else have any other cards that have just gone under the radar

In the Panini era, I think Gold Standard is undervalued. Especially the true RPA. I personally like GS better than Opulence, which is supposed to be the successor of GS. These RPAs are on-card autos and have big enough patch (size between Immac and NT).

I really liked Gold Standard - actually owned the Booker 3 swatch rookie for a time. I think the multiple levels of 1/2/3 patch cards dilutes the RPAs, which is a shame since the basic 1 you mention has a good size.

It was a fun, limited base set with cool inserts too. Way better product that Opulence.

The SP gold piece memorabilia were a fun hit too. So yea similar to the multi RPA sets of Flawless devalues the true RPA. But here, even the RJA dual window /99s are on-card autos.

That's the one! Oh man, sweet card. You're right about it all. With all on-card autos and a generally great design, it might be more appropriate to say they're a great value rather than "undervalued," since I don't see them necessarily moving up in valued compared to the broader market, but they sure are sweet.

1995-1999 SP Authentic RCs as PSA 10 are undervalued in my view. Much smaller print runs than Topps and were strongly preferred by most collectors until recently.

I don't know the print runs for 1997, but 1998 SP Authentic actually has the historical relevency of being the first serial numbered Rookie Cards in sports card history. And a pretty good Rookie Class too with 3 future Hall of Famers (Nowitzki, Pierce, Carter) and a fan favorite (white chocolate)

Rare and collectible cards are extremely undervalued. Anything a collector would want is probably undervalued.

Most I know cashed out their junk cards and are just waiting for the GOOD cards to pop up.

This right here. I can't tell you how many base, common box cards I've sold over the past 6 months. Not sad to lose the 7th, 8th, 9th year whatever card. Just not what I collect.

I turned those into an on-card M.Jordan Bulls Auto and Autos of Kobe and Lebron and I still have Thousands$$ left over. Been a beautiful thing!!

What do you mean. It's exactly what I've done the past 6-7 months.

When you say Kobe finest rookie, you referring to the Apprentice, Heirs, or both? I really want to pick up the Heirs Kobe rookie. I'm surprised at the pricing on some of these finest rookies, the KG finest rookie seems undervalued to me as well.

Yeah both are undervalued, but especially the Apprentice true RC You can get them on ebay ungraded for $200 which is not cheap I know but when you think about it it is probably his 3rd best Rookie card behind Chrome and EX, maybe it is just me but I can see that card skyrocketing soon. Yeah KG is another one it seems like Finest does not get any Hobby Love anymore.

I always thought that Court Kings was an undervalued brand. The designs are great, it's not mega over produced, and I love the on-card autos.

Even though they've risen quite a bit this year, centered 1961 Fleer cards are still undervalued.

It's the 1952 Topps of basketball....

I have this card since 90’s . Because is grading by a crap company doesn’t have much value. But the card is in gem condition centered, sharp and clean. I cannot send to PSA because they will never give a 10 to a card of 1996 even if the card is perfect.

Impressive, that is some beautiful centering. I had a ton of cards from this set, so hard to get good centering. My Kobe Apprentice is prob one of the better centered ones I pulled, but not as nice as this one!
