***High End Fantasy Football League 2017 Season***

Well guys, its that time of year again. For the fifth consecutive year here on Blowout, I will be running a high end 12 team fantasy football league for the 2017 season. BUY IN WILL BE $200 Please read EVERYTHING in this post before taking a spot.

PAYOUT:

1st:1600
2nd:800

Total Pot: 2400 (12x200)

DRAFT WILL BE WEDS AUGUST 30 8PM EST (if this date/time is a big issue, let me know and I will try to find a date/time that seems to work for most people). DISCLOSURE: If you pay and you are not there draft day, then that is the way the cookie crumbles. Set your pre rankings before the day of the draft incase anything happens draft day including loss of wifi. Draft is a snake draft.

If you are interested, please post in this thread. I will have a running waiting list as the league does tend to fill up fairly quickly.

2pt Rushing Conversion (2PR) 2

Receiving
Every 10 receiving yards (REY10) 1 Each reception (REC) 0.5
TD Reception (RETD) 6 2pt Receiving Conversion (2PRE) 2

Please note: **THERE WILL BE NO KICKERS** I find kicking a bit random at times so this position will be removed.

Everything is standard ESPN minus kickers and plus .5ppr.

Waiver Period will be move to last after claim and the waiver period is one day

-Trade deadline is November 22nd 12PM EST
-6 votes can veto a trade (this is majority rules since 6 is one more than half of the league that remains other than the two traders)
-Trade review period is 2 days

6 teams make playoffs. Playoffs start week 14. (3 rounds, 2 byes)
Winner will be paid in full via check.

In order to make things easier for myself, payment is due upon sign up this season. If you have not paid within 48 hours of sign up, the next person on the waiting list will be able to take your spot.
After all team managers are paid up, the draft order will be randomized by a mod from Blowout.

No problem, as long as we random for draft order in advance of the draft, like we did last year, I'm good with the 30th.

that is why i changed my mind kickers being random. defense points allowed are just as random

Defense has more strategy, but if people care about kickers that much then we can put the kicker back in, only lessen their value a little.

I am in either way, but would you consider using the fractional equivalent of your current Passing, Rushing, and Receiving Yards (to keep 99 yards rushing/receiving from equaling 9 points instead of 9.9 point fractional score / 99 yards passing from equaling 3 points instead of 3.96 point fractional score) ? :

.04 = 1 yard passing
.1 = 1 yard rushing
.1 = 1 yard receiving

If it was your initial intent to have and keep whole numbers, it is understood.

If not, would you, and then everyone else, consider the change??
