He's an RC next year. There were pics in S1 Preview.

Yeah a little disappointing that there is no Schwarber or Sano since both have played so well this season and both have lost their rookie eligibility but I guess Topps can make up the rules and release the cards whenever they'd like and call them rookies.

There are a shocking amount of names in the non SP checklist that have already been released or cut by their teams

Ths is gonna be an odd question, but why to some teams have a "TM" by the name and some have an "R"?

Completely agree, Jordan Schafer was released by the Twins in June!

Probably a mistake but I'll probably end up with 3 boxes (and far short of a set) on this...

The ® is a trade mark that has been registered with the US government and they grant you a federal registration certificate. A ™ can be used by anyone to denote that they claim the right to that trademark, but it has not been registered with the US government.

R has been registered with the USPTO. TM has not.

Should I register my mark?

Quote:
When can I use the trademark symbols TM, SM and ®?

Any time you claim rights in a mark, you may use the "TM" (trademark) or "SM" (service mark) designation to alert the public to your claim, regardless of whether you have filed an application with the USPTO. However, you may use the federal registration symbol "®" only after the USPTO actually registers a mark , and not while an application is pending. Also, you may use the registration symbol with the mark only on or in connection with the goods and/or services listed in the federal trademark registration.

I've also seen 2015 Update previews with Schwarber RC's. I am lost at what to expect.

I wonder then, why some teams haven't filed that with the government...

No clue, but it's probably a combination of the process involved, the government not approving a registration, or in the case of the Washington Redskins, revoking an already registered trademark.

Incredibly strong checklist. Topps finally did something right here. I'm not so concerned about the base cards. We expected a lot of traded players and scrubs who missed the cut in the first set. It's the SP, Chrome, Mini, and Variations that have me excited. Also that autograph checklist is just awesome. Wonder how frequent autos will fall in each case?

Just upped my order to 7 cases today. Really looking forward to this one!

If they follow the other Heritage you're looking at two or three per case.
Of course topps being topps anything is possible.

It's been awhile lol. I was pretty down on the last few products and briefly disengaged from much forum activity. Just quietly moved through product and kept sizing up the next release. But THIS...was worth commenting on lol.

Trevor Cahill with the Dodgers? The guy was in the org for a month or so and never threw a pitch at the MLB level. Nice going Topps.

Yeah I noticed Delmon Young, Everth Cabrera, and Travis Snider just for the O's. I'm definitely gonna get a Buck Showalter AL Manager of the Year card signed.

Should've had a SP Matt Duffy RC

Nice auto and relic checklists. Personally looking forward to the Frank Robinson/Adam Jones dual. And the Orioles triple and quad relics. Looks good!

I am no expert, but this looks like one helluva strong checklist from autos to inserts.

Yep. I think the base set will suffer a tad with Correa being the only significant rookie, but everything else is very nice. Hopefully we see gum stains back as well. The best part is seeing Bryant and Correa in every subset and in general a really nice auto checklist.
