Aug 11th 2015, 21:52, by Tracy Hackler

Precisely one week from tomorrow, Panini America’s 2014-15 National Treasures Basketball will release in hobby shops across North America ushering in once again a national collecting holiday that annually celebrates the brand’s trademark blend of rich autograph and memorabilia content, and a checklist steeped in superstars, rookies and all-time greats. You’ve seen much of what the product has in store for its sixth installment right here on The Knight’s Lance in recent weeks.
Today, we’re going to explore some of 2014-15 National Treasures Basketball’s most prime memorabilia offerings, including the triumphant return of Sneaker Swatches game-worn shoe cards, the Springfield Swatches Hall of Fame tribute and the Rookie Materials oversized memorabilia cards.

Enjoy the preview and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2014-15 National Treasures Basketball.

I really like the Springfield Swatches. NT will be improved this year.

The springfield patches look just like the patch autos /100 from 12-13 Immaculate, just without a signature.

The rookie horizontal patches look very similar to the premium patches set from 12-13 Immaculate.

I do like the "almost" full body action shots.

Talk about recycled designs.

Nothing unique at all, Panini needs to fire their design team

Just lots of filler as always. I guess it's OK, I mean, they need to fill out the product somehow other than the Rookie and Logoman stuff.

This is actually badass:

NT looks clean and nice...probably still the best product contender for 2014-15 releases..
But Gala looks nice too, UD Black-ish

This looks very bad. Shaping up to be a terrible product for people who dont care for RPA's. Good luck!

thats a nba finals trophy patch that they cut up on the david robinson right? why would they cut up a card like that and not make it its own special 1/1 card, like in immaculate or something?? there cant be very many of those patches and they cut one up? thats about beyond belief.

i cant see the numbering on that mashburn jumbo jersey, but if they are passing off a jersey with stripes as a patch card, or "prime" card, that is the worst thing ive ever seen. i remember though they did have some player in 14-15 nt where they called a plain jersey stripe "prime", that was in a smaller swatch though.

why does it seem like the larger the swatch area on a card, the more often they put in jersey trim, which just makes it look even more noticeable & worse. also you better hope you get a nice colored shoe piece this year or the value isnt gonna be much at all.

Are those the last 3 specific game used patches?

WTF Panini? Why ruin such a nice patch on the Admiral? Let me guess: the other half of the patch will be included in 15-16 NT.

Last 2 does not have "authentic game-worn" label...

... and I can't wait for another Flawless FB scandal.

Still no Barkley or Reggie. With each passing year, this gets more and more frustrating.

The sneaker swatch from the Payton shoes is pretty badass.

That Lebron Sneaker card will fetch some big coin.

While it is a nice addition, I prefer my sneaker cards from Exquisite.
