It’s NFL and it’s not close

I love College, and I’m spoiled with the Buckeyes, but 90% of games are gross. I do enjoy a nice Top 25 matchup but half that time one of the teams shouldn’t even be in the Top 25

NFL is an all day watch

Maybe because it’s Sunday? Maybe that’s why?

Here is why it's College (if you really like football)

1. It's a TRUE all day event. You can watch live games from 11am to 2am or later if Hawaii is home.

2. You can see numerous offensive styles. Spread, Air Raid, Power, Triple Option, Iowa, etc...

3. Rivalries. You can argue for a few in the NFL, but nothing beats NCAA rivalries year it and year out. Even if it's one-sided for many years. It means more. Especially up against NFL division rivals who play 2 or even 3 times a year.

4. Enviroments. 100K+ in the Horseshoe this weekend. Tailgates (except for asjubis, probably all caviar and brandy).

5. Players. Aside from watching the guys who end up in the NFL grow, you also get to the great players in smaller programs that excel at this level. Watching the Donnell Pumphreys of the world going for 2K yards is way more enjoyable than watching Stefon Diggs throw a tantrum because he didn't get a target on a series

6. If you don't wanna hear about college, you don't have to. If you don't wanna hear about the Cowboys, you're gonna. 'Ed Werder live in Dallas, just sifted through Dak Prescotts morning deuce and I'm pretty sure he had corn last night. Let's go back to studio to see how that might affect his performance against the Giants this weekend'

Many other reasons I could name, but I really don't feel like going any further at the moment. Bottom line, I'd rather glue my ass to the chair for 15 hours on a Saturday than watch 30 seconds of NFL garbage. At least the amateur players have an excuse for sucking.

oh and Fantasy Football sucks. Nobody cares about your team. Your sleeper pick who you're so proud of was also drafted by millions of other people including women and children.
