What's going on with this Reggie Miller Legacy Showcase card?

I can't find much information on this, but it "shares" a number with Kobe Bryant.

The pop report says that this #85 in this set (Legacy Fleer Showcase) belongs to Kobe Bryant:

This is the first one to be graded, and it's numbered to #125.

Is this a mistake?

Looks like the Kobe is wrong in PSA's population. He's #63 in this set.
