Can't bid on anything, page freezing on both mobile and desktop, helplessly watching items I would bid higher on disappear every five mins. Is it really that hard to brace a website for traffic? Honest question as I am not tech savvy.

network latency using my mac, switched to my iphone and had no issues. loving their format over goldin for sure.

I was looking at cards that end tomorrow and the site kept freezing. Wouldn't even go to page 2.

I was on mobile using WiFi, sat right next to router, tried multiple other locations in house, switched WiFi off and used network, switched to laptop, then finally to desktop. Page froze each and every time on every single device.

The premier auction obviously won't have the same site traffic but I am less and less inclined to keep tabs on anything with PWCC until they get this sorted out.

I do agree with poster above about the site layout being superior to Goldin. However, it is of no use if the site won't actually load or accept bids.

But half this board must've been on there cuz I certainly didn't get any 'deals.' Paid 100% ebay comps or what I figured would be equivalent.

PWCC is very hard to navigate currently. Pages freezing and drop downs crashing the browser makes it hard to try and find a search bar.

I'm in Asia and had a great connection. Some things went for more than I thought but I did get a couple of small items for crazy cheap.

Did anyone else have this problem? So, I won a few items off of their monthly auctions and the email I received was over 50% less than when I go to checkout. I will be contacting them to see what they say, but did anyone else experience this problem?

I see you must have a bid in before the regular auction ends to be able to participate in that. It just goes on and on if you are battling someone on price in 5 minute intervals.

I did win a ‘93 Finest Shaq base PSA 9 for $19. Overall I thought a good experience and if it’s the only way to find certain rare cards then you gotta use it. Just use their vault initially and then ship to you. Skip on taxes!

This was my first purchase from PWCC. Is that how it works? I didnt want to pay sales tax so I had shipped to my vault. I was wondering if I could just ship to me from my vault and bypass taxes.

Yeah same here. For their first run at this, things went pretty well. I was definitely hoping for more steals.

I received an email stating that I won the auction for 8500, but when I went to pay the invoice it was 9k again. Strange. Their explanation didn't make any sense. The online chat guy told me that the price in the email was incorrect, it was just where the bid was at before extended bidding. This isn't correct. It was at 6500 before extended bidding. I pointed this out but they just told me that we are very sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not bothered because 9k was what I was seeing during the auction, but they need to get this right. After being accused by Ebay of shilling, its not a good look.

Yikes - took a risk listing some stuff in their first auction - def didn't pay off haha

Yanked all my remaining cards and will just sell them on my own. No point consigning with them for the same rates as other eBay consigners if their auctions end way below eBay comps.

After entering extended bidding, the website kept freezing on me to the point I just gave up and stopped trying. However, all the cards I bid on and was watching ended very strong.
