Topps Redemption

I called Topps today to get some infor on my redemption card status. I sent out 3 Finest Rookie Redemptions:

Base
Round# 21 & 22

Green Refractor
Round #3 (belive it was Al Horford from UF)

I also Sent that Triple Threads Triple Auto Relic
Emerald #'ed /18 of:

Larry Bird, Magic Johnson & Bill Walton.

I asked the guy about the turn around on redemptions and he told me that the cards say 16-18 weeks but they me take 6-8 months. He asked me for my Info and when I gave it to him he had the Triple Threads redemption on File but not the 3 Finest redemptions. I sent all three cards in one mailer. And I sent the Triple Threads Redemption in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation. I didn't send the finest with delivery confirmation. Any suggestions on what I should do with the Finest redemptions they allege they didn't get or am I SOL???? The guy told me I should get the Triple Threads Redemption in a month.....We'll see about that. Its going on four months already.

When did you send in your Topps Finest redemption cards? Maybe they just haven't been put in tje database under your name yet? Unless you scanned your redemption cards and can send in some sort of proof, hologram serial numbers etc., you might be SOL.

I sent them a week before the Triple Threads Redemption I've got Pictures of the 3 Redemptions and the Triple threads. "ESPECIALLY THE TRIPLE THREADS", I am releaved that they do show the Triple threads in their system.

y cant topps and donruss go with online redemptions. as much as i hate ud. I am glad they have the online redemption to track the status.

wow and after that post I looked at my ud redemptions and I have a redemption that has not been shipped yet and it was redeemed on 1-17-07. Are you serious for a plain jane Antonio Gates autograph?? WOW it might be a year by the time I get it.. haha

I would call UD about your redemption. The new program started a couple of months ago so anything redeemed online before that I would call. I had to call upper deck and get cards exchange from the begining of the year and a year plus ago.

Well,

I recieved a redemption from Topps today. I forgot to mention that when I talked to the guy at Topps he told me that I had a redemption of an 05 Bowman Chrome Auto RC of Jerome Mathis of the Texans. I didn't know what it was at first becaue the envelope they shipped it in was so thin so I knew that it wasn't the Bird, Magic, Walton Triple Relic Auto. Maybe this is a sign that my "prime" card is in the works. Or maybe I'll have to wait 2 years like the Mathis card to get it? We'll find out someday hopefully.
