He’s doing amazing things for a 16 year old. But anything can happen in this sport and during his growth. His prices are already through the roof. So unless he ends up on Messi level, there not really room for investment. And soccer success very often doesn’t translate to hobby success. Very high risk.

I think the kid is certainly talented but he's no Messi but that link will always be made for Barcelona players now especially those wingers and AM that come up through La Masia and have stellar dribbling skills.

Bad time to buy, good time to sell and we still have likely the best releases in Chrome, Sapphire and Dynasty coming too for 23-24. With the amount of autos this kid is signing as it seems to in about every other case break I have seen there is going to be a massive amount of autos of him on the market.

The player and the card are different things. For card value to be high the player has to have a backstory and be likeable. See KDB from man city who is one of the best players but is kinda of boring IMO and his card prices are kind of low. Alternatively a guy like Jude has so much swag and star power it is almost more than his game. I don't speak Spanish and don't follow this kid on social but that's the type of stuff you need to get into to figure out what type of star he will be.

My hope for the final is that English team will be physical with this kid and knock him around from the beginning. Thats what I would do with that chicken leg 17 years old kid

Obviously a great young talent but if you’re not selling right now you’re probably making a big mistake. The chances he can carry this momentum all the way through the club season is very low at which point his prices would drop. Barca would have to win La Liga or UCL and he would have to score 25+ goals. What are the chances of that?

He's already seemingly got a world cup and three champions leagues priced in. Some epic manipulation and FOMO going on not just with Yamal, but also Guler and Endrick. You'd have to be a real idiot to buy in now, or have more money than sense - perhaps even both.

Not disagreeing with anyones opinion on the kid, but didn’t people say the same about Messi and Ronaldo at 15/16? Same thing about Haaland at 18?

Not saying anyone is wrong, but it’s the nature of collectors to not want to miss out on the “next”.
