Choose to block or not to block

Purchased a card with BIN/BO for $30. Figured everything was fine. Never heard from them. Noticed a Neutral. States they couldn't give a Positive due to them feeling the card is an Excellent vs. a NMT-MT, although their grasp of language structure on the feedback is questionable.

For more context: It was a Prizm card, I state in all my auctions/listings that I never guarantee perfect cards. However, I will always list glaring issues if I see them. They claim & try to send pics in the feedback, that there is a dimple. I can't see one anywhere. Doesn't matter. They feel that I listed it as NM-MT when they feel it should have been EX. Decide for yourself if you want them on your list. They are on mine.

Grade chaser and no communication prior to leaving a neutral? Block.
