Tristar Processing Fee

Does anyone know if the Tristar processing fee for autograph tickets on their website will also apply onsite?

They have a processing fee on items to pick up there but I just bought autograph tickets and there was no fee. I did have them mailed though so perhaps the processing fee just applies to on-site pickup items?

On site they usually round the prices up vs. what you see online. The wording on their site is mis-leading as the fee is already in the prices they show.
