Default Will PSA slab it? (oddball, miscut, oversize)

I dropped this card off with PSA today as part of an oversized card order.

Will they slab it?

The person who handled the order check in said it probably wouldn't get holdered, but I can submit it and see what happens.

I requested on the order form, PLEASE SLAB AS 'AUTHENTIC'

If they slab it, won't they have to upcharge you to a jumbo holder?

I sent it as oversized along with this Chipper. $39.99 grading fee, if they slab it.

Cool Griffey piece. I voted no. PSA is not very lenient with error stuff ime. That said, it certainly could of been pack inserted with those creases. Maybe research request would be another way to go if they decline to encase it.

It was packed out, I believe. If folded, that ear tucks in and aligns with the right edge. I'm pretty sure the sheet was folded over when it was cut, so the card probably came out of the pack folded.

Maybe I'll fold it back up so it fits a standard holder and try again if this attempt fails

Exactly. If folded as creased, it looks like it would fit in a pack. I wonder if SGC would encase it? If they cut the tux foam the exact shape of the card it would look pretty cool in their holder. I guess you could also try and get it autographed to go that route. Anyway, good luck and let us know what PSA does with it.

Oversized and jumbo are one price now? I have some 5x7s never got around to sending in the past due to the pricey service...but $39.99 seems lower than before? The Richmond photo cards are like minor league team issues back in the days? They vaguely remind me of stuff I chased back in the days.
