1993 draft he and mirer went 1-2. Great career and like manning, warren sapp, favre, hasselback, and eventually carson palmer the 5 of them elevated what were for years in the late 80s early 90s the worst franchises in the sport. Basically what allen, baker, kyler, and whoever jets washington the lions and bears get next are trying to do.

The biggest reason Bledsoe is a bigger NEP impact than Brady. If Bledsoe doesn’t turn the franchise around, maybe no Brady or Belichick in Foxboro. The entire history of the NFL changes if not for DB11

For me? Agree. I don’t collect Non-Niners but I do have Bledsoe’s ‘93 SP RC.

That is one of my favorite sets ever.

i still remember the first time i held this card in my hands, i was shaking.

and then i had to give the card back to the dealer hahaha

to me, 1993 changed the hobby market forever, and it started with this card. it was the very first time you had card sensitive issues and high end stuff, it was epic.

I have a black/gold Prizm /5 at PSA. You think it’s a $100 card if it gems?

An empty PSA case would be worth more.

All BS aside, 1993 SP is a beautiful set. Back when Upper Deck was great at sports cards...

I never could have afforded a ‘93 SP as a kid. Now I own 4 PSA 10’s and 3 BGS 9.5’s (or so my 3 year old notes say). I’ve also busted numerous boxes of 1993 SP. So much fun.

The 2 other “must haves” (IMO) are the 280 Stadium Club 1st Day Issue and #1 Pinnacle Rookies

Both are gorgeous, extremely condition sensitive, and difficult to find.

3 years ago I would’ve said yes and back it up with asking for your PayPal addy...but I’m out the game in 2021

i love Drew Bledsoe, i was such a huge fan of his.

i couldn't really afford his heavy stuff as a kid, so i settled for little victories, like Topps, Upper Deck CC, Score, and Playoff, but to me, Bledsoe's impact on the football card market i don't know if that will ever be appreciated, honestly.

he was the hottest player in the market from 1993 until 1997, when he took the Pats to the Super Bowl.

the 1993 SP, the Pinnacle card, the Fleer rookies card, Select, and all his Classic cards with the autographs, that was awesome. even his 1994 SP card was high up there in value, i believe it was worth more than any rookie card from that year.

people thought Bledsoe was going to be Dan Marino 2.0, and for the first 4-5 years, he was. once Parcells left, he was never the same. but man, Bledsoe was awesome.

do you guys remember the 1993 NFL Draft, when Chris Berman held up the Bledsoe/Mirer card and said it was going for $100?

he did that on live tv, i still remember that moment.
