I think it would be rough to win the ACC with Notre Dame, Miami, Georgia, and Clemson in there but I think he could get some solid recruits with his reputation and the fact that North Carolina is a decent place to visit/stay weather/Golf/Beach wise. Going to take a few years. But honestly IDGAF unless he grows a mullet like his son.
