Default Soiled underwear
How many pair of underpants do you go through in a typical week? Underpants only. Not asking about undershirts, socks, facial hair, or anything else. Just underpants.

I was thinking that they hit something in his bowels when he had his surgeries and he can’t help it. Don’t shame the poor guy.
