Today's mail brought a big time card for my Larkin PC.
I had heard that the Star Factor Limited Exposures had amazing shine. But having seen the other subsets in Limited Exposure, I knew they were shiny, but didn't consider them near the shiniest. After getting this card in hand, the shine is so stunning it begs the question, what is the shiniest set ever? 24kt is up there. 98 Crusades blow me away. But these Star Factor Limited Exposures top my list. The fact that both sides get the shiny treatment just makes it that much better. What tops your list? ![]() |

![]() ![]() Wow, those look amazing. Crusades is the only one on that list that I've seen in person, so they get my vote.

I don't know how many of you have watched pepino man on YouTube, but this thread immediately made me think of him. One of the phrases he always says in his videos is "so shiny!"

I was walking by the TV last night, and Moana was on while checking out some crazy strong straight-line storms out the back windows...good times.

The most shiny card ever needs two things:
Least amount of color on the card to distract from the refractor substrate. As much "etching" as possible that causes light to refract more and more over the surface. The above card has these and makes sense why it would cause the colors to show better than other cards. |
