Default Which will be the rookie auto in this scenario?

No specific card in mind but imagine this scenario.

A players rookie season is in 2019 and he has an auto which is a redemption, he doesn't sign for Panini at that time. He then signs for Topps which will be his first signed card. A few years later Topps manages to get him to sign that card they printed for him.

Will his first printed or first signed by the Rookie auto?

He won’t have a rookie auto, just rookie cards in 2019.

Something signed later would be a third or fourth year signed card.

Yeah

The 94 Collectors choice MJ auto isn’t a “RC” auto

It’s just a first auto. It’s okay
