Currently visiting Wisconsin- the cheese is amazing!

They really aren't kidding! Had an amazing breakfast wrap with some kind of aioli cheese that was incredible, then a luscious chicken parm for dinner that was visually heavy on tomato sauce but absolutely loaded taste-wise with several cheeses! Now I know why the Wisconsin branch of the Sasquatch family tree has stratospheric cholesterol and chronic constipation! Totally worth it, though!

I'll be there next week in the Beloit area and then the Kenosha/Racine area, but going to make a trip up to Milwaukee to see the Pirates play on Thursday night.
