There’s a few like that. Some more obvious than others, but there’s definitely more than one that’s, um, well endowed like that card.

I've got one that is almost identical and I'll post it later. There is definitely a slight premium on the more bathroom graffiti-looking sigs compared to the less phallic ones but there are a good number of them out there. This listing has been up for a couple of years at this point.
