Since last August, I’ve pulled a 2022 topps chrome black/199 rookie and a 2022 platinum anniversary chrome sp variation rookie.

I still bust a good amount of wax, especially 2022.

So it’s interesting to hear about what may have been box or case hits of a premium player at the time, but have him be a card you’d like to avoid now.

Has anyone pulled a 2022 heritage auto recently, for example?

What? His legal case is still active. It's front page news in the sports section. People are still pulling his rookie cards out of packs. He and his cards are still very relevant.

Does anyone have a funny anecdote of a group breaker pulling his card and having a weird reaction?
