Do you see any benefit in grading a rookie 1/1 for resale, or does it even matter?
The card would grade a 9, in my opinion. |

20% will tell you no if it's not Gem.
30% will tell you it doesn't matter. 10% will respond that they don't grade anything and prefer all cards raw. 40% will say, "Definitely grade it. It will reduce your liability to chargebacks, eBay's new Authentication process, and make it easier for your family to sell if you ever die." |

Just don't use HGA like I did, and it is acceptable.
The Zac Gallen 1/1 will stay in this slab forever as a tribute to Tyler Hitt.

Unless it’s one of the few key 1/1’s that actually matter for each player, your 1/1 is competing against all the other 1/1’s out there. And there’s a lot. Grade it.

I personally like my cards in slabs. 1/1 included. If you care about the grade not being a 10 potentially, you could just get it authenticated
