Long story short, I missed several months of the season as I got blood clots from a cholesterol medication I was put on after spending 5 months abroad helping my mother deal with her father's passing and belongings in Australia.
Specifically, how should I sell the follow: - I have close to 90 Joe Montana Leaf 1/1 Pre-Production Proof Auto's (ALL SLABBED)... is it better to move in a lot or break-up and if I break-up could I potentially oversaturate the market? But where could I find someone to buy EVERYTHING? - Other Leaf 1/1 Auto's from Warren Moon and Kurt Warner to a bunch of Leaf XRC's - Current player autographs (everything from 8x 1/1 Mariota RC Auto's and 30+ 1/1 Ryan Tannehill's to Jarvis Landry and Devante Parker... - HOFer's autographs incl. Leaf Auto's (with a bunch of 1/1's), Kurt Warners, Bob Griese, 1997 Legends Auto's, etc.) IS THERE A PARTICULAR CONSIGNER YOU WOULD RECOMMEND (PLEASE) THAT HAS A FAST TURNAROUND - I AM AWARE THE PRICES OF THESE CARDS ARE DECREASING AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE OFFSEASON... More background: I came back in April and entered hospital within a week of returning (I don't remember anything since March - it's crazy), landed up in the hospital. I was in and out for several months, finally getting home for good in October. I didn't start listing cards until November - and I had bought close to $10,000 during the offseason (even in hospital - the desire to buy and sell cards never disappears)! Anyways, I haven't been able to work for almost 9 months and need to pay the bills. I have a TON of 1/1's, some mid-end auto's, some low-end, etc.

As mentioned the last time, if you dont want to deal with it. Send to jewcer2k5 and ask that they spread out the sales of "like" items. Listing so many Leaf 1/1 Montana autos at once will tank the market on you.
If you have time, and don't mind the work, it doesn't appear you have anything daunting to sell. Just a few hundred cards. With most of those being a single card listing. You could easily move all this on ebay yourself. If you want the money now, drop 100 cards a week as auctions, and give free combined shipping. If you wanted to maximize the money, put them up as Buy it Now or Best Offer. Cycling like stuff into your listings, once something sells. IE, only put up 10 of the Montana 1/1's at any given time. When you sell 3 of them, put 3 new ones back up. I know if I was in the market for one, I would pay less if I saw the seller dumping 100 at one time. |

Seems like you’re doing just fine selling on the BTS forum. No need for a second thread on this same subject here in the football chat section.
…but I guess it does give you more eyeballs on your listings. Not that anyone here would break forum rules like that ![]() |

God, why do you have so many Leaf cards? Leaf is awful.

Not to be Debbie Downer but you really need to spread out all the Montana's. I'm all Niners all day and own ZERO Leaf Montana's so having them all out at once is a disaster waiting to happen.
Plus the season is winding down. You might want to have a value for the lot in mind and maybe post it in the b/s/t forum with a list and pics while you figure out how to handle, knowing that you'll take a haircut to move it all at once if someone bites.

Ha! Well, hope springs eternal. That, and the OP is not fighting with everyone about their advice.

Rule #1: If trying to sell Leaf cards, always ensure you have a sympathetic story to compliment the lack of desirability of said Leaf cards
