Can I commission a jumbo card case (or BGS-like slab) for a HUMONGOUS Shai card? :)

The card is a Shai 2018 Panini Instant Impressions Jumbo "Handprint" autograph card;
This piece measures roughly 11" x 17", and is quite thick, heavy and sturdy.

I am hoping there is someone with the skills (or with a 3D printer?)
that can create a jumbo one-touch acrylic/UV-protected card case
(or better yet, a BGS-like slab, with an inner sleeve) for me.

This is the actual card:

1) Believe it or not, there is actually a toploader that fits this card,
but I would like an acrylic one-touch case (or BGS-like slab), if possible.

2) I would have loved for BGS to slab this, but they confirmed that they cannot do it;
nor can PSA / SGC.
I looked at CGC, but the size of this card exceed their card grading/slabbing guidelines.
I looked at CGC's guidelines for slabbing posters in the hope they can slab this, but their guidelines state that they can only slab a select group of posters.

3) There is actually an Ayton on ebay that is framed,
but I prefer my Shai to be encased (or slabbed) like a trading card.

At some point they are no longer cards, this is one of them. Nice art piece though. I’d just take it to Michaels

Before permanently encasing it, would you be able to send it to him for a private signing? I think that would be a missed opportunity otherwise.

Send an email to CGC, they grade comic books and magazines of all sizes, as well, and may be able to accommodate

Hi, thanks for the suggestion.
Yes, my 1st option was to use CGC if possible, because their labels for their comic/poster slabs are very professional-looking and have great eye appeal, in my opinion.

Currently talking with Show Your Slabs after seeing their Instagram post below;
They say this custom slab is $450, and $550 with museum-quality UV.
Hope to work something out with them;

$450 or $550 seems a bit pricy in my opinion. I know you said you don’t want it framed but you could get a really good frame job for a third of that price.
Might just be me but I think the oversized humongous PSA holder looks a little silly. Holding it seems as though you were hit with the shrink ray gun from Honey I shrunk the kids.
