I'm new to organizing/storing my cards in boxes as my collection got bigger and I need to organize it better. I have a handful of cards that came encased, and I can't figure out the right size. I have boxes for graded and for cards in top loaders, but the Topps 70/2020, etc., are just a different size. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use the same size boxes for all 3, graded, toploaded, and one touches. Never had an issue. They are all close enough in width to make it not matter.

I find the heights are a weird so I end up laying them on their sides. I was trying to figure out if there's one that's the right size for it.

And if you'd prefer something in plastic instead, BCW makes pretty nice cases.
https://www.bcwsupplies.com/collecti...-bin-1600-gray or https://www.bcwsupplies.com/collecti...-bin-3200-gray will work for cards in top-loaders and magnetic cases. They also both come in red and blue if the gray doesn't get it done for you. Note that the above two aren't tall enough for graded cards to stand up in, but for that they offer https://www.bcwsupplies.com/graded-card-bin-2row-gray (in gray only, alas). I also like their https://www.bcwsupplies.com/quickfold-card-box for if you want a single row, don't need it to fit graded cards, and want something that's (a) easy to assemble and (b) looks nice (in both senses, compared to the typical white cardboard we've all used forever). Having said all that - you can't go wrong with their typical white cardboard boxes, either, price- or quality-wise. Just make sure you read the descriptions before you buy - some of them are designed narrow, to just fit cards/penny-sleeved cards, while others are wide enough to fit magnetic cases. And some are even extra tall for graded cards as well. |

Here is some info on card storage:
https://cardboardglory.com/how-to-pr...-new-products/ I found it pretty helpful when digging through my mountain of cards and trying to find organization methods. BCW is probably the best place to look for boxes....https://www.bcwsupplies.com/trading-...oxes/multi-row Host of multi-row options and definitely the graded shoebox option may be best bet.....i have same problem you do with the project 2020 cards....that and they lost me tons of money! |

I just took an 800 count box and cut the top flap off then have them standing up in the box. It's just sitting on a shelf so I'm not worried about them falling out.

Thanks everyone! I bought the quickfold box that zworykin recommended. Right now, they're just sideways in a box for toploaders, and I'd rather not have them clanging around when I move stuff around (and I mindlessly organize my collection during boring calls at work).
