This is a follow-up to a previous thread. A card shipped via fed ex--- worst delivery service- was lost. Fed ex gave me a case number to relay to Panini. Panini does not answer the phone, respond to email, or respond in any way to any inquiry that I am aware of. Absolute worst (non-existent) CS I've ever encountered.
My question-- has anyone had any luck contacting someone at Panini. I am running out of patience, and don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Persistence is your friend, and hitting them on social media can be helpful.

I actually got through to someone in online sales. He said he would relay my info to the rewards dept. We shall see.

This may sound odd, ok it WILL sound odd, but send a tweet to Upper Deck & explain the situation to them. They are very helpful with collectors having problems contacting card companies with issues. As they stated openly on Twitter "we all talk and we all help out one another". I've seen them do this several times for people.
